Shipping Rates and Policies

AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING UPS GROUND.  PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER FOR FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS.  WE APPOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Orders are shipped using UPS.  Delivery times may vary with your location.  Faster shipping service is available.  When placing your order, check out our other shipping options for an additional charge.  Please note, any orders requiring faster shipping service (UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Express, UPS Next Day Air) must be placed by 8:00 AM Pacific Time Monday - Friday for the order to ship that day.  Any orders with express shipping placed after 8:00 AM will ship the next business day.  UPS Next Day Air orders that are placed by 8:00 AM on Friday, will be shipped on Monday.  
We do not ship to P O Boxes & only ship UPS 
We do not offer weekend deliveries!

Although shipping times may vary, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days from order date.  If there are any delays in your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives.

If you provide an email address with your order, we will be happy to email you a tracking number as soon as it is available.  Please be aware that the tracking number may not be available until 3-5 business days after you have placed your order.  When you want to check on the status of your order, please try tracking your package first.  If you are unable, please call us.

International Shipping is not available at this time.

Parts Availability

We carry thousands of parts in our inventory, and have many more available through our suppliers.  No warehouse can carry all parts for all products.  Some products may have to be shipped directly from the suppliers and may take additional time.  If an item is ordered from the supplier, and we are notified that the part is on backorder or no longer available, we will contact you to let you know, and you can cancel your order if you wish.

Pricing
All prices are supplied to us by the equipment manufacturers.  We make every effort to keep this information correct and up to date, but all prices, description, availability and other conditions are subject to change as the manufacturers see fit.
We will try to notify you of any changes concerning your order, but we are not responsible for the outcome or impact of these changes.
All pricing is subject to change at any time. 
Substitutions & Changes

If we are out of a product that you ordered, but have a similar product that is as good or better in quality, we will substitute your item for what we have in stock.  We may not notify you of these changes.  No substitution will be downgraded from your original order.  If there is a price difference, we will not charge or credit you the difference.

Some products shipped to you may not look identical to what is pictured on our website.  In some cases the manufacturer may change the composition or look of a product and they may not always notify us.  We try to keep up with the information on our website as we are contacted about changes from the manufacturers.
